Stronger than strong. Our cheese cutting wires for the Parmesan Pro. Specially made to make those oh so hard Parmesan cheeses small. The cheese cutting wire is 0,8 mm thick. This is 0,2 mm thicker than the cutting wires we usually recommend. If you carve well and turn the crank in the right direction you will cut a large number of Parmesan cheeses small with this very strong cutting wire. Clockwise

Use our well-known carving knife (554709) to carve a notch in the cheese. You do this all over the cheese. Not just the ends. Attach the cheese cutting wire. Turn the wire clockwise by turning the crank to the right. As long as you turn the crank in the right direction, the cutting wire will last much longer!
